OBLIGATORIO: PLANTILLA PARA RESEÑAS BIBLIOGRÁFICAS – TEXTOS VIVOS

Nuestra sección TEXTOS VIVOS tiene por objeto el registro, análisis y difusión de publicaciones de interés, por su vigencia y afinidad con la temática de las diversas convocatorias editoriales de la revista. Así, serán publicables comentarios críticos sobre libros y monografías de arquitectura de reciente edición, de reimpresiones de títulos descatalogados y textos de reconocido interés vigentes que converjan con la línea editorial de PpA expresada a través de las diferentes convocatorias.

Modalidades:

1. A propuesta de sus autores, libros relacionados con la temática de la convocatoria en curso para su reseña.

2. Reseñas inéditas de publicaciones -reimpresiones de títulos descatalogados y textos de reconocido interés- relacionadas con la temática de la convocatoria correspondiente.

Plazos y documentación a aportar

Los plazos para ambas modalidades serán los mismos que se indiquen con la convocatoria abierta de cada número

Las personas interesadas en que se reseñe un texto del que es autor (modalidad 1), deberán aportar un máximo de dos ejemplares impresos originales del mismo. El primero de ellos será enviado al Consejo Editorial de PpA para su análisis y aprobación en los plazos establecidos en la convocatoria para la remisión de artículos. En caso de que se apruebe la inclusión de una reseña de la publicación aportada, el autor de la propuesta remitirá directamente al redactor de la reseña decidido por el Consejo Editorial, el segundo ejemplar del mismo, según los datos de contacto facilitados por la dirección de PpA. En ningún caso los ejemplares aportados serán devueltos.

Si se concurre a la convocatoria con la redacción de la reseña de un título correspondiente a reimpresiones de títulos descatalogados o textos de reconocido interés (modalidad 2), estas serán remitidas a través de la plataforma OJS. Las reseñas redactadas que concurran a la convocatoria, serán igualmente objeto de análisis por parte del Consejo Editor a partir de la valoración de los responsables de la sección Textos Vivos.

El Consejo Editor se reserva el derecho a proponer títulos para esta sección, primando igual razón de convergencia con el argumento del número en el que se publiquen.

PARA AMBAS MODALIDADES:

Los artículos deben estar escritos en Microsoft Word (extensión .doc)

Extensión: 1200 palabras
Tipo de letra: Times New Roman (pc) o Times Roman (mac)
Idioma original: Castellano.

FORMATO DE PÁGINA
Márgenes: Superior 3 cm. Inferior 3 cm. Izquierdo 3 cm. Derecho 2 cm
Encabezamientos: No habrá encabezamientos ni pies de página.
Numeración de páginas: Posición: parte inferior (pie de página). Alineación: derecha

FORMATO DEL TEXTO PRINCIPAL
Estará compuesto por:
Datos del  libro: Título, autor, lugar de edición, editorial, año de publicación, formato (en centímetros) e ISBN. Autor del comentario crítico.
El texto principal ha de escribirse en tamaño 11, espaciado anterior y posterior 0 puntos, interlineado múltiple 1,2, alineación justificada. No utilizar Formatos de Texto personalizados.
Los autores podrán utilizar cursivas para enfatizar algún término si así lo desean.

Emplee un reglón en blanco para separar párrafos.

Our LIVING TEXTS section aims to register, analyse and disseminate publications of interest due to its validity and affinity with the subject matter of the call for paper launched. Thus, critical commentaries on recently published books and architecture monographs, on reprints of out-of-print titles and on current texts of interest that converge with the editorial line of PpA expressed through the different call for papers will be published.

Modalities:

1. At the suggestion of its authors, books related to the subject matter of the call for paper launched for its review.
2. Unpublished reviews of publications -reprints of out-of-print titles and on current texts of recognized interest- related to the subject matter of the corresponding call for papers.

Deadlines and documents to be submitted:

The deadlines for both modalities will be the same as those indicated with the open call for paper for the upcoming issue.

People interested in contributing a book authored by him/her/them so that others can review it (modality 1), must provide a maximum of two original printed copies of the book. The first one will be sent to the Editorial Board of PpA to analyse it and approve it within the deadlines established in the call for papers. If the inclusion of the review of the book submitted is approved, the author of the book will directly send the second copy of it to the writer of the review decided by the Editorial Board, according to the contact details provided by the PpA management.

If you participate in the call for papers with the writing of a review of a title corresponding to reprints of out-of-print books or texts of recognized interest (modality 2), these will be sent through the OJS platform. The book reviews that participate in the call for paper will also be analysed by the Editorial Board based on the assessment of those responsible for the LIVING TEXTS section.

The Editorial Board reserves its right to propose titles for this section, referring to convergence criteria with the subject matter of the issue in which they will be published.

Articles written in Microsoft Word (extension .doc).

Font: Times New Roman (PC) or Times Roman (Mac)
Original language: Spanish/English.

Margins: Top 3 cm. Lower 3 cm. Left 3 cm. Right 2 cm
Headers: No headers or footers.
Page Numbering: Position: lower part (foot of page). Alignment: Right

FORMAT OF THE MAIN TEXT
It will be composed of:
Data of the book: Title, author, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, format (in centimetres) and ISBN. Author of the critical commentary.
The main text must be written in size 11, spacing after 6 points, line spacing exactly 15 points, justified alignment. Do not use custom text formats.
Authors may use italics to emphasize a term if they wish.
